"The property owner was very unresponsive. It was missing a few important amenities, which we then purchased under our own cost. Although the owner promised that we will be reimbursed for the cost, no actual reimbursement was given. There were water leakage in multiple spot which the owner failed to provide any solutions on. "We absolutely love this hidden gem in Cozumel! The rooms are always clean, the staff is incredibly friendly, the food and drinks are outstanding, and the private beach is the perfect place to relax. This trip, we enjoyed nearly every meal at the beachfront restaurant. Great food, an ocean breeze, stunning views, and the perfect island atmosphere made every meal memorable. We stayed on the all-inclusive plan, which made the experience even better. Taxis are readily available and inexpensive, making it easy to explore anywhere on the island while having a comfortable place to come back to. We can't wait for our next visit!"
