โรงแรมใกล้ชายหาดแมสเออร์โมซา, Cozumel

"Our trip to the Explorean was amazing. The first impression when we arrived was awe at the lobby and the open-air restaurant. The grounds are so lush and peaceful. Everything is so well maintained and immaculately clean. The staff are all so friendly and ready and willing to help. We loved the fact that we had complete use of Fiesta Americana as well, which was also an equally amazing place, with their pools, pool staff, and restaurants. Staying here we had the best of both worlds...staying in...

"Muy buen servicio y atención"

"Elevator stopped working on the day we arrived....6 days later it was not fixed , staff said they do not know when it will be fixed. Food options are very limited and mediocre at best, pizza restaurant is terrible, buffets are about the same food every day and Dennys is probably better quality. Most nights after 8pm only 1 bar is open for a cocktail and that is back to the main lobby. Nice location decent beaches and pools"
