I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The convenience of where it is located in addition to the amenities that it provides was something I enjoyed. One of the restaurants is closed which was a bit disappointing because I had limited food options within the hotel along with it only having one open bar. I was going to this location with the hopes of getting some variety. The room was so cute and chic I appreciated the cleanliness of the space as well as having a refrigerator within the room and a microwave. Mali at the spa was amazing I received a facial and massage from her and my server while I was there was Andrés and he was also amazing making sure that I was always accommodated and had what I needed when I was on the rooftop enjoying the pool and or food or drinks. The beach is in very close walking distance and it was convenient for me to take taxis to and from the airport. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay.

I had such a great stay at The Fives Downtown. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt welcoming, and the team really made a difference. A special thank you to Mr. Frank at check-in for the smooth and friendly welcome—he set the tone right away. The rooftop pool was one of my favorite spots, and the staff there were amazing. Jesús in particular stood out for his kindness and attention—he made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, everyone in the building made me feel genuinely welcome and safe throughout my stay, which meant a lot. I would absolutely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great location, especially if you are wanting to be close to the beach and 5th ave. Beautiful greenery when you walk in (very photo worthy) and the rooftop pool and bar is a great place to take day and chill. Our room was clean everyday and really no complaints! Planning to stay again.

The room and amenities were sufficient. The facility was a little older than anticipated. The staff were great. My biggest issue was the loud music coming from 5th Ave. It usually lasted to around 3:00 am the four days I was there.
