Staff was Always Friendly and Helpful. The Location was very close to 3 Large Grocery Stores. Nice Beaches for swimming within walking distance to Hotel. The ‘Lovely Locals’ and tourists assimilate well together. Playa del Carmen is everything that we had heard 👍

Staff was very friendly, but the rooms had a bad odor to it, the restroom light didn’t work, the shower didn’t have a curtain or door from stopping the water from going out. We decided to just book another hotel for the week we were there and lost all our money spent here.

Most horrible location nothing like on pictures, you have to go and ask them to bring you a towel which they do with a big hole in it nothing works in there the safe didn't work the shower didn't work next day they did replace the shower head, but there is no running water in the sink just horrible. The neighborhood is horrible and there is no View

De los peores hoteles en que me he hospedado, en el check in me cobraron más de loq ir estaba marcado en la reserva. La habitación era horrible, no es como en las fotos, no les dan mantenimiento, está todo oxidado, no salía bien en agua de la regadera, el lavamanos tapado, las sábanas se ve que no las cambian. No tenían ni lo básico, papel de baño, shampo y jabón, el lugar más austero.

L'établissement est très minimal et entretenu avec des moyens basiques. Il est loin de la cinquième avenue. Le prix reste intéressant par contre on aurait aimé une salle de bain plus grande. Les images ne reflètent pas la chambre. En plus il n'y avait pas de rideau dans la douche ce qui causait des débordements d'eau à chaque fois. Un meilleur entretien aurait changé notre avis.

The bed was huge & the air conditioning was good. However, I realised my sheets hadn't been changed from the previous people! There was hair, pubes, & crumbs in the sheets, & the pillows smelled like a man and a woman's different perfumes. I was too tired at night to complain, so I just slept in the sheets anyway. I tried to have a daytime nap but there was some kind of construction work in the building during the day, very loud jackhammering. I also wasn't aware there was a pool or kitchenette or anything until a few weeks after I was there. The staff could have been more descriptive when checking in or talking about amenities

Ya el hotel está bastante descuidado, la chica de recepción muy amable en todo momento pero si jefa un poco payasa nos tomo el dólar a 20 pesos y se me hace una barbaridad, la alberca está bien pero lo mismo hay puso despegado y no le han dado mantenimiento a la zona

La habitación numero 13 fue la peor, ya eh hido con anterioridad a este hotel pero esta vez fue terrible, la habitación tenia una fuga en la regadera la cual estuvo goteando toda el dia y en la noche el baño se lleno de una peste a drenaje por lo cual mi pareja y yo no dormimos comodos ya que el olor era insoportable

En general está muy cómodo el lugar y muy bien ubicado. El único "pero" que le pondría es el ruido que se escucha por lo mismo de que está justo casi en la avenida. El personal muy serio, no te saludan de manera amable ni cordial, eso es algo esencial como servicio al cliente.

Realmente fue una mala experiencia, desde nuestra llegada el precio aumento de acuerdo a lo que marcaba la aplicación, el baño constantemente se quedaba sin agua en la regadera, no funcionaban los controles de la TV y por último no respetan las tarjetas de no molestar
