I was very happy here. It was quiet at night and close to the action for during the day. Beaches nearby as well as shops and supermarkets. The room was great and the pool area fastastic with a great view and long enough for a decent swim. The only odd part was a slight disconnect with the front desk not having permission to arrange anything that the room might need so the service felt disconnected. Aside from that, i was honestly really happy with everything. Noise travelled a little bit but k had earplugs so was happy. I was also travelling with my mum who is a bit older and everything was super convenient for her to get around and feel comfortable.

The rooftop pool is incredible. Really loved spending time up there. The property is really close and walkable to everything in Playa. I traveled solo and felt safe. The room was clean and comfortable! Very nice stay overall.

The first place we booked cancelled on us right when we landed in Mexico and we booked it a month ahead of time. I had Kaab saved in my favorites so I booked it from the cab leaving the airport. We lucked out! What a great place! Will book here in the future because my wife loves Playa Del Carmen. A quick walk to tons of great restaurants and shopping, but far enough away that it felt secluded and quiet. Absolutely perfect

A good experience overall. A few hiccups: - Jacuzzi/small pool is not for children - No working internet at the rooftop - It can be noisy due to construction works in some days and loud music closer to the weekends - A few requests we sent to the managing company like getting a kettle or replacing a broken coffee maker never being resolved However in terms of location, proximity to the beach, underground parking, apartment size and value for money this is definitely a place to consider for your stay.

There was a full size fridge left in the unit unplugged, had mold in it, it should have been removed from the unit, toaster broken and took 3 days to get one. Overall the stay was decent, just a few things that should have been attended too. Great area, lots of restaurants, close to the beach, pool area could use some shade

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The location of the property is perfect close enough to the beach to walk but far enough away from the tourist alley to be quiet. The lighting design was strange as was the glass bathroom doors but it is overall a nice property and well equipped. I only took one star away from the property condition rating for having a balcony guardrail that was loose and potentially dangerous but this may be fixed by the time the next person rents that particular unit. Unit 411. I can't speak to the condition of any other unit because every one is individually owned.

Good location with shopping, restaurant, and beach all within walkable distance. A few things we disliked: 1. You cannot leave the power and AC on when you leave the apartment so it it's got when you get back. 2. If you need the sofa bed that is in the living room, there are no curtains that block the light, and the street light points directly into the room. It's like sleeping with the lights on. 3. The street is quite loud, so be ready to get awaken from th street noise. We all were.

The room itself was fine. However, the air conditioner was leaking and running down the wall. We were constantly wiping up water. We used all the towels and requested more towels and to fix the air conditioner. This did not happen. Also the safe wouldn’t lock. Very disappointed with this property.

Overall not bad. Unit with pool on the first floor outside ( I couldn’t figure out how to use the jets and the jacuzzi was cold) . Room 106 balcony door was broke and didn’t lock but manager did come by and semi fix it ( we couldn’t go in and out but at least it was locked). No face towels to wash face or body so you should probably bring your own and they don’t replace towels only after 4 days of being there.

I don’t recommend this place. Not clear and not sterile at all. I was there unfortunately 12 days and couldn’t afford to book another place to stay. I will respect and not mention the name of the contact person that “help”me. But honestly don’t do nothing to make your vacation nice. 1. Cleaning- Terrible! Towels that are not clean and they change it only after 4 days, 1 only towel per person. All bathrooms designed are bad condition with mold. Bad are not comfortable at all. 2. I was stuck outside the property at 2am, when the security guy haven’t show up so i needed to sneak when cat cam out, she haven’t responded and haven’t reply even the day after only at checkout, 3. She needed to show the property for someone that was interested to buy it and keep call and text even when i ask that I don’t agree since, 4. We didn’t have SAFE to put money, passport!! The safe didn’t work and no solution! And even offered money to show the apartment. I am super disappointed.

Au secours

Ce sont des gros voleurs, l’hôtel est horrible, ils vous vendent une prestation qui est fausse. J’ai pris une chambre avec une piscine privatisé la chambre 101 horrible mensonger sale lors de mon séjour. La piscine est inaccessible dans un coin tout petit. Ne vous faites pas avoir ne la prenez pas, autant prendre une chambre normale qu’avec une piscine ce n’est pas comme sur les photos. Ta piscine est dégueulasse horrible horrible sale moche et utilisable. Je vous conseille de ne pas la prendre arriver. Au troisième jour nous avons subi une inondation dans la chambre. La climatisation avait coulé. La chambre était inondée lorsque j’ai prévenu les Responsable un monsieur est venu toquer à ma porte avec un balai et m’a dit tiens nettoie affolant. Je suis en feu je sais plus comment faire je demande le remboursement je me barre avec eux personne veut me rembourser j’ai des preuves à l’appui des photos ou ce coup au secours C’est très grave, n’y allez pas

Me gusto el tamaño de la habitacion y lo conveniente de la ubicacion. No me gusto que el patio de la habitación estaba un poco descuidado, la mini alberca se veia sucia y no me dio confianza meterme, los sillones igual estaban mojados v sucios. El personal del edificio muy atentos pero el personal de la empresa de airbnb pocas veces respondieron a mis mensajes, en particular Roberto que fue quien era el encargado. Hay una construcción a un lado lo que genera mucho ruido durante el día, lo que considero deberian de poner en el anuncio.
