Hotel Hacienda del Caribe is a quaint hotel. We wanted to try something different than a resort. We enjoyed our stay, but were disappointed that an advertised pool bar was no longer there. Even so, we were only a block from the beach and the bars and restaurants in that area. All of the staff were pleasant and helpful. It was nice to be in a relatively quiet area away from the resorts.

Great for the price paid. Amazing location…steps away from the main st ave 5. Mattress and pillows a lil hard but rooms r decent size. Again great price and location are a big plus. Ohhh and there is a lgbt+ nightclub real close and is pretty loud.

Everything was great overall however the last night that we stayed there, we didn’t have hot water. Location was perfect Weather was perfect I really appreciate the fact that they gave us a bottled water as a curtesy

Friendly and helpful staff. Room has an authentic Mexican appeal, but it feels small and there's not a single chair for sitting. Strong AC and fan. Tiny bathroom and the toilet seat doesn't stay up. Good for a short stay.

Great hotel! Incredibly accessible location - the hotel is close to everything. It's right on quinta, next to ADO and ferry, not to mention all the dining options. We loved the hacienda style - the room was spacious, beautiful and unique, and the hotel had a cozy feeling to it. The best was the big balcony with a nice view. Really worth it for the price!

Great staff. Accommodated us as quickly as they could as we were early arrivals. Very clean, ample space in room, good beds. Only thing lacking was a refrigerator 😊 Restaurant right next door was great, many options in walking distance.
