The convenience of it is nice you come out in your right on fifth Avenue you do have to check in in a different hotel and then walk down a block which is fine. There is no elevator and no stuff in the building. There’s a name on the glass door, but it’s very small so it can get hard to find it does get loud because there is clubs all around it. We asked to be moved because of how loud it was they said they could move us, but it was gonna be loud anywhere cause there’s surrounded by nightlife. They did give me some earplugs and those were really helpful. The staff was nice and the location was nice. It was nice to just come off and be right there, but we did have to go about four flights of stairs, which was tiring and there’s no pool there.

Great place to stay, the location is amazing because everything is so close. The only thing the next door bar Musi is very loud, but we contact the staff and they were really nice and helpful moving us to different room. Was much better. Thanks again for your help !

Amazing area on 5th avenue, everything is walkable. Restraunts, beach and much nore. My shower head the water was just very very slow. Everything else was very good. For this price its an excellent option.

Toilet not work & use Bucket of to flush toilet & Sliding Door was hard to open & could not use regular TV & Shower was leaking bad & the breakfast included was 10 Block away & tnhe free that i paid for my birthday this place was not worth that i paid I would like a refund for this place also ilI had be low key hard to another place to stay I rate this Place (F) theonly was good American was good rate (A)

The apartment is in good conditions in general, medium size and clean room, however the bed needs a renovation. The building is beside a night club so the room is extremely loud until 3am when it close. The supposed "brakefast" just includes coffe, bread, butter and jam, this is served in a hotel about 10 minutes faraway... so this is a bad joke, it doesn't worth it at all!!!

It is a great place for a getaway or for locals. Not worth a whole week. You're in the 5ta ave so there is so much to do great location. The rooms are cute loved my little apartment. The staff in person are very helpful and kind. The check in/out system works like an airbnb. Most communication is done through whatsapp. The hotel is right next to a club so the music will not stop till exactly 3am it is super loud. It will make your room shake. Hotel does not include lunch I don’t know why it was offered in my vacation package so that was misleading. The included breakfast is only juice, coffee, and toast. You have to pay for extra for a cooked meal but the food is great. The pool and breakfast is in another hotel it is walking distance like 5 min. Its a nice stay if you would like to vacation on a budget. Thank you!

The property was centrally located on 5th Av. and the person managing the property was very helpful. However, the noise level was unbearable! The property is adjacent to a night cloud and the noise level is so high that the windows vibrate. There is no insulation, so it is like you were in the nightclub. The noise goes until past 3am, so it is impossible to sleep even using ear plugs. The property is old and poorly clean. There was thick dust over the fridge and other furniture. The towels were extremely old and the bed sheets were stained. There was no toilet lid. The whole place needs some serious renovations. In its current state, it is unacceptable as a place to stay.

It is impossible to sleep here. Extremely loud music from the bar behind the window - it was like staying is a sound speaker - booming extreme bass until 3am. It should be illegal to sell such stays. And we were there with children. Expedia - take this property out from your inventory so no other familes go through the same hell.

It’s a great price and location but the music is super loud from the clubs and you can’t go to sleep early. The loud music stops around 3am and then there’s another 20-30 minutes of loud singing and yelling.

The place is next to the bar that plays music until 2 am. The speaker is next to the room. We could feel the vibrations of the music. We have a child. It was impossible to sleep. At midnight we left and found a different place to stay. Not recommended unless you are out all night

Very loud music was the main problem.There was a nightclub next door which played music until after 3am. It felt like a disco in the apartment. They advertise access to a pool. There was none. They also offered breakfast. This was a 15 min walk away and included coffee and cold toast. Anything else you have to pay for. The appt was dated. I dont know who would give this accommodation 10.

super noisy . night club opens until 3am .BEFORE 3am impossible to sleep. Now we know no5 ave is busy and noisy street and this hotel is just attached to night club 2- it took one hr for us to find the hotel this problem already mentioned but not fixed . Hotel name on the wall not easily seen . why not put a bigger sign !!! for tourist comfort please. 3-no toilet air ventilation (vent) 4 - for breakfast must go other hotel ‘ 5 internet and tv very slow

Showed up 7/11/23 at arnd 4pm. Was directed to the bldg across to check in... well... there is no one to check us in. Some security lady made us wait with no update who will check us in. Very disappointing.... waited almost an hour in the heat and cramped entryway. I felt we were scammed...messaged them but no response. Working on getting my refund thru travelocity now.
