The room was very clean, every day the cleaner came and cleaned our room. I also found the place to be very safe, they had a worker there 24hrs. It was the perfect location, mins from the bus station and 5th av was right outside the door! Had a great time and will come again!

La ubicación es excelente, la atención del personal es excelente, excepto la de un mesero que se molestó por el porcentaje de propina que les di. A partir de entonces nos ignoto el resto todo el día por lo que decidimos no volver a consumir nada en el hotel. Otro aspecto para considerar es que el tamaño del baño es extremadamente chico y bastante incomodo. En general es un lugar muy limpio y bonito.

Absolutely no issue with the staff including the people at the restaurant more issue with the status status of our room. The patio sliding door lock was not open so it was concerned that somebody might just opened it and come in. The sliding door glass was cracked. No shower curtain, The showerhead was clogged two or three sprays from it. One of the toilets was super slow not flushing. One of the air conditioning was leaking on top of the bedboard we had to move the bed to the opposite side.

There was no water supply And breakfast is same daily no different and sometimes they run out of the fruits and not able to substitute with other things for kids No drinking water and constant sounds of broken door alarm Requested for some refund as we had 8 people stay

I was pleasantly pleased with the condition of the property. There were workers constantly cleaning the rooms and the grounds and pool area. We had an ocean front room which has the most beautiful view possible. The breakfast was really good with the option of fried eggs, Mexican eggs, pancakes or French toast. You also get either a fresh fruit plate or orange juice (fresh squeezed and delicious!). We'd get both and share ;). All of the breakfast options were delicious! This is a public beach so there are a lot of locals that use the beach and it can get a little loud at night. I'm sure the rooms not on the ocean are quieter. We rented bikes for the week for $45 each which we used quite a bit to go to restaurants that were past what we were willing to walk to. There are dedicated bike paths which make it really nice. It's a great way to see more of PDC as well. I would most certainly book here if coming back!

Me and my daughter had a lovely stay here, the ground floor room looked out over the hotel pool which we had pretty much to ourselves every morning!! Breakfast was in a great spot overlooking the beach and the day beds and loungers in the beach were ideally situated. The staff took care of us really well, you can’t beat this hotel for location to the beach and just off 5th Avenue, no taxis required our entire stay!!

Pas de pression d eau et eau chaude puis toilette boucher tous les jours car pas de pression d evacation et dans la chambre pas de poubelle et pas de verre c est juste très bien placer près de ADO TERMILALE BUS et direct plage sinon peut mieux faire pour le prix et les étoiles 😱

This is a great property, the room we stay in was very small with no mini fridge or dressers. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay. The lady at the front desk was awesome, and Angel in the beach club area was awesome and a lot of fun!

the beach was great with many chairs and beds. They put the cushions on late 11am. Most of the time the music was very loud and techno. YUCK. Pool was great but food was just ok.

La piscina es buena y limpia, está a pie de playa literal, la habitación está bien y la ducha es muy buena. Hay un poco de ruido en la tarde y estás al lado del portal maya que hay mucho movimiento. Ahora bien, el personal muy bien. La chica de la recepción de la noche fantástica, me había olvidado los AirPods en la caja fuerte y volví recién a la noche y hizo todo lo posible hasta que me los consiguió. 10 estrellas para ella. Lo único malo un mesero del bar de playa que es grosero. Pero es muy buena opción para hotel de playa
