"We booked Rickaty Lodge due to a change in our flight details which meant an additional day in Gran Canaria. The hosts are friendly and the room very clean. We were able to get a transfer form the Lodge to our hotel in Maspalomas with one of the hosts which was very comfortable and convenient. "
"Although it is not in the center of Maspalomas, the city is easily reachable in a few minutes by car. In the evening it is pleasant to walk in this town that offers local markets and nightlife"
"Everything was as described in the room description and it's super cheap so worth it for what your are getting. Shared bathroom and kitchen but rooms have locks. Walking distance from most fun spots. The only thing I would advise is to contact them about check in process well in advance. It wasn't all super clear on the day but it all worked out fine and they have to come and give you the keys so they will need to see you. "

"Loved the property. Very friendly staff especially David at reception answered all my questions and such an enthusiastic employee. The hotel is 230 rooms or so so not gigantic which I enjoyed. Plenty of lounge chairs at pool and easy walk to the beach where you do have to go down 3 floors of stairs as its a cliff. The quality of buffets was excellent and rotated daily. Would definitely recommend."
