"Proximity to Universal Studios & shops & restaurants is a big plus. Room & amenities were good, bed was clean & comfortable. Parking was ok. It would be nicer to have more accessible power outlets & a facility to charge mobile phone at the bedside table. Having to go to a sister hotel a mile away for late check-in (past 9pm) is a definite inconvenience when one is already tired from a long drive but staff was helpful."

The showers where huge, the bed felt like you were sleeping on a cloud the room had a microwaveandrefrigerator. We will return there for another amazing stay."
