"I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel from the on site food options, the arcade, movie theatre, water park and play areas it was the perfect stop on our trip and our room was absolutely perfect! Will definitely stay again "

"This seems to be a newer hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. It was a very modern/minimalist hotel. I stayed in the double king bed room. The bed was super comfy. My only con would be that the room was much smaller than I expected. It lacked storage like drawers. There was a mini closet at the entrance of the room, but that’s it. The bathroom was weird too. The design featured an open shower. It only included one glass door leaving half of it entirely open so it was difficult not to splash water all over the place. Otherwise my experience was good. Now that I know what to expect, I wouldn’t mind staying again. "

"None of the beds had mattress protectors or fitted sheets. I have $1200 in charges we need to figure out. We called the front desk multiple times and had to call back to get help. Property is nice but the customer service is not good."
