Convenient location within walking distance to Universal Studios. Clean and quiet in safe neighborhood. Staff friendly and helpful. Only downside was that expense of parking, but the staff discount the rate because we stayed longer.

Our room was great and had a nice view. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Everything we needed was either within walking distance or on the hotel grounds. Cons: bathroom didn’t have air ventilation, toilet had low water pressure, and TV cut in and out. Otherwise, the stay was perfect!

I always enjoy staying at this property. The staff is friendly, the location is ideal for walking to Universal Studios, and I've never had any issues. I was slightly disappointed that they took out the Starbucks, but this is still a great property.

Being close to Universal Studios was a bonus. Staff was very friendly. The room needed better upkeep though. The room was clean, but the coffee maker was broken & the toilet did not flush right.

Property was a quick mile walk to the park. Everything was clean and well maintained. Food and snack options and dont forget the warm cookies at the front desk!

It was a very nice hotel room and the beds were very comfortable. There’s a Starbucks and at least 2 different restaurants on the property making it very convenient.
