"This hotel was clean snd the room reasonably attractive, but overall not remarkable considering the price. While the staff was friendly and considerate, they made an error with our very expensive cruise port transportation (although we had confirmed the correct information with them 3 times). We were left waiting at the Civitavecchia cruise terminal over an hour beyond our scheduled pickup (no seats or services in the departure area). As an apology, they offered 1 drink at the bar and we don’t...

"Unfortunately it was the last 4 nights of our trip. To mention 1) the water stopped running mid shower the first night 2) when we arrived the safe was locked and unusable. No one at the front desk 3) the toilet constantly ran forcing us to play with the handle to make it stop 4) the air conditioning would go on and off every 15 minutes and each time it started it was preceded by a loud 3-4 second screech all night long 5) depending on what other rooms used water, the pressure was hit and miss....

"First of all the entrance is daunting. Everything is by keypad. As a 71 year old once we entered through the old door from the street using the key pad we found ourselves having to carry the luggage up a extra long flight of stairs to get to the rickety old elevator to take us to the fifth floor. Had I known this was a requirement I would not have booked it. This is Definitely accommodation for a much younger traveller. As for the room it was nice, location is great and is well kept. I...

"Quaint boutique hotel walkable to all of the sights. Staff was incredibly helpful and they carried my huge bag up the stairs after our long flight. The AC was a God-send in the heat of summer, and the breakfast area was quaint and yummy. Extra points for roof top deck and ice machine! The only downside was the bed was a bit hard but that’s not surprising in Europe. Will book there next time around."

"Comfortable room, with a very comfortable bed and good pillows. We loved our balcony and used it to enjoy a nightcap with friends a couple of nights during our stay.
Great working air conditioning.
Friendly staff.
Nice to have breakfast included and not have to go out in search of breakfast each morning - wonderfully fresh eggs!
Great, central location near Largo Argentina and just a few minutes’ walk to the Pantheon."

"Our stay was very good. The room was a bit small with our 2 large suitcases, but we moved a couple things around and made it work just fine for a 5 night stay. The room was very clean and staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast served right to our room each morning and they booked our taxi for us for the early morning when we had to leave. The property was also very close to a market store and a bus stop, which was very convenient."
