Pico Packages (Flight + Hotel)

The staff at the restaurant and bar had the worse attitude I've experienced in a while. They were literally bothered with every request and had a vacant/annoyed look on their faces (both were the men, bartner and one server). The front desk staff, on the other hand, were fantastic.

We love it here, very comfortable and full of history. The staff is the very best!

My sister and I came here for a day trip. It’s aesthetically cute, and we loved the amenities.

Our check in was great. The girl at the front desk was really nice and explained everything well. I had received a call the night before but missed it and when I tried calling back it gave me an error. We did arrive later at night (around 8 pm) and check in and finding our room was fast. They also have lots of parking available, which was nice. We liked the location bc it was close enough to everything without it being too chaotic. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the cleanliness and the main shower of our room. When we arrived there was a Carl’s Jr cup on top of the microwave, some towels were not completely clean. Our bathrooms were low on body wash and there was left over soap bars from before. The shower from the bathroom in the main room had high pressure but would shoot water out from all sides so it was not staying inside. Showering made a mess and big puddles every time we used it. We also noticed it was hot in the bathroom and found that someone put tissue/paper in the vent. Not sure if it was people before us but it wasn’t taken out and was making the bathroom hot. Lastly the tv in the living room didn’t work. There was no channels and said no signal. It wasn’t a big deal since we didn’t spend much time indoors watching tv but it was just inconvenient not to be able to watch something while eating or hanging out. Check out was fast and convenient. Palm Springs Tennis Club is an absolutely amazing and historic place to stay! The property has a timeless charm that perfectly captures the classic Palm Springs feel. The atmosphere is relaxing, the views are stunning, and the staff are incredibly welcoming. You can truly feel the history here while still enjoying all the modern comforts. A perfect blend of nostalgia and luxury — highly recommended!
