"Noisy and impossible to sleep. You can hear everything from upstairs. The cleaning crew started making noise at 7am. Some of the ladies from the reception need to drop their attitude. So frustrating when you’re trying to find something out and you’re being treated as if you’re staying there for free and bothering them."

"Bed was too soft and pillows were too hard. There weren’t q-tips, cotton squares, or bottled water in the room. The man on duty at night-about 8:00PM was awful. He had an attitude. I want to buy a water and he asked how do I want to pay for it. I asked how much it was since prices were not listed. He said it wastes his time to tell me the price and he had been working long hours. What a shame!!! I will never stay at this hotel again."

"Although I would consider the property more of a motel then a hotel, it was clean, well kept and had everything we needed for the short time we were there. It wasn't too far from the Santa Monica Pier and was a quick Uber ride to the event center hosting the event we had tickets to. If we find ourselves in Santa Monica in the future, we'll consider staying here again."

"Rooms , decors , bathroom looks very old and boring like you are in a hotel that age. 60 years ago Santa Monica is one of the richest city the room decor carpet bathroom looks very ugly and old . "

"We were very happy with our stay at the hotel. The location is outstanding — truly one of its biggest strengths. It is within walking distance of the Santa Monica Pier, the beach, restaurants, and shops, which made our trip much more convenient and enjoyable. The staff was extremely attentive, friendly, and welcoming throughout our entire stay. From check-in to daily interactions, everyone was always helpful and genuinely kind, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The room was another highlight: spacious, modern, comfortable, and very well maintained. The hotel manages to combine a contemporary style with real comfort, not just aesthetics. Everything felt functional, clean, and thoughtfully designed. As a point of attention, the hotel parking is quite expensive at $65 per night. For longer stays, this can significantly increase the overall cost of the trip. Because of that, we chose to park at a public parking garage located just half a block away, which was a much more reasonable option. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again."
