Hotel is situated perfectly for all the sites and plenty of restaurants and bars minutes walking from the hotel. Overall a great trip and when visiting Palermo again would stay here."

"The property itself was located in a very convenient area that made it easy to explore, and had some great restaurant options in close proximity to where we stayed, though it is a city and it looks like a city. our host Alessandro could not have been better. He took care of everything for us, including arranging our parking in the traffic restricted area. He was a fun, informative host."

"Our room was clean and comfortable. What made this booking exceptional was the lengths Sergio went to in order to help us find our way to Zefiro Suites after our GPS stopped working. He actually found us in the city and escorted us to our destination. In all my years of traveling, I have never had such help, all with a kind and generous disposition. He truly was a trip savior. Thank you Sergio!"

"The rooms are well decorated, modern, clean and tidy. Located on the 1st floor (no lift though but that's common in the old buildings) in the heart or the old town. I'd definitely stay here again. Marina was super friendly, she gave us a tourist map and circled the places to visit. Also, the tourist information center is across the road so that was a great benefit."

"very clean room, right in the middle of the activity on a busy street with lots of restaurants but room was quiet from that noise. we did hear the people above us they were quite loud. never saw anyone at the desk. wifi didn't work the first 4.5 days but at least tv did have English channels. very dark in the hallway unless you know to turn on the light switch in the hall. it will auto turn off after a few minutes. also, entrance is just off the main Street there is a little walkway...
