"The triple comfort room was amazing. Plenty of space with the loft style apartment, right near everything but tucked away so that it was completely silent at all times. Truly a hidden gem. The AC was necessary during the Europe heat wave! The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful and helped us make multiple dinner and drinks reservations. 5/5. Breakfast was awesome!!"

"My husband and I had a great experience at this rental. It’s more like a B&B with a host. Our hostess was very communicative and helpful and prepared an amazing breakfast at the other Ballarooms property (less than 5 minutes away). It was great having A/C to combat the heat. Our room was spacious, with lots of room to spread out, and the bathroom was clean and functional."

"This property is centrally located in Palermo old town, walking distance to most of sites. The rooms are cleaned everyday and the building is securely managed. What most impressive is manager who is accommodating and spends a lot of time in the property, answering questions and giving suggestions. We originally booked a room without window due to overlooking the descriptions of the room, and we didn’t feel well after the first night of staying. The manager tried his best rearranging room...

"we stayed for 3 nights in the upper floor apartment. Tastefully decorated and spacious with a very welcome outdoor patio space. Happy we found this accommodation, felt perfectly quite, restful, and secluded -away from the frenetic pace of the street markets a very short walk from your door. We shall return, just love Palermo. "We had a really enjoyable stay overall. The biggest highlight is the location — right in the heart of Palermo and within easy walking distance of the main sights, which made it easy to explore and pop back to the hotel during the day. It’s also only around 15 minutes from Palermo Centrale station, which was very convenient. The only downside is that it’s quite far from Palermo Notarbartolo, where we rented a car, so that meant relying on taxis or buses. The room was spacious, clean, and the air...
