Had a wonderful stay in this conveniently located hotel in the heart of Palermo. The entrance off the street doesn’t do justice to the clean, modern and well equipped rooms and terraced breakfast area. The staff were so helpful right throughout my stay.

Great location, nice rooms, with a really nice breakfast served on a terrace with an amazing view. Staff were excellent and provided good information to help me plan my days. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent and authentic hotel. Not great if you arrive early as the hotel is not staffed until 9am and after 4pm. The member of staff on reception however was excellent and informative.

An amazing place to stay. So central to all sites to see as well as close to the train and bus terminal. The terrace where the breakfast was offered had the most spectacular view of the surrounding panoramic views. I was even greeted from my transfer by Emilio and he assisted me up to the room out of the reception hours. Vito and Cetti both staff members made my stay so personable. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and would stay here in the future.

The room is central and clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was served on a roof terrace and there's a good selection of items. Vito gave us a lot of information about the city and restaurant recommendations. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent Stay with Exceptional Host We had a wonderful stay here! The owner, Ditto, was exceptionally kind and went out of his way to help us during check-in—he even carried our luggage and shared great tips for touring the town. Our room was very spacious, spotless, and beautifully renovated. The bathroom was also large, modern, and sparkling clean. Everything felt brand new. Breakfast was delicious and nicely presented as well. The location is perfect if you’re arriving on foot or by taxi—everything you want to see in town is within easy walking distance, and there are many excellent restaurants nearby. However, if you’re driving, finding parking can be quite challenging unless you’re familiar with the area. Ditto kindly provided parking information and helped us through the process, which made a big difference. Thanks to his warm hospitality and assistance, we truly enjoyed our stay.

Palermo for three nights

The room was very comfortable and is centrally located in Palermo. The breakfast is served on a terrace and was really nice. It is on the third floor with no elevator if you are not traveling light…. Staff is great!

La Terrazza is a very nice lovely place in the absolute center historico. We loved the service and care of the team, super helpful. Rooms are very nice and comfy. The breakfast is very good, and is on a roof terrace overlooking the old town and Churches. Thanks again for the great time

Terrific place all around. Nice people, centrally located (in an old city, I could see how parking could be a challenge… but that’s part of the experience). Breakfast views are amazing. Our second stay, and I’d go back for a third one.

Close to all major tourists attractions in old town Palermo. Owner was vey helpful as road to hotel was blocked when we left due to construction. He carried our luggage with my wife to an area where I could drive and picked up luggage …and wife. 😀 No elevators in the hotel. Many stairs to climb to reception. If you have a car, very difficult to park to unload suitcases; 25 euro cost to park daily.

Elegance rooms Celafu was a perfect stay. It is only 5 minutes from the beach with easy access to old town, the biggest highlight. Not to mention, 5 minutes from the train station. We had superb communication before and throughout our stay. Our host gave us a very warm welcome and was available for any questions and recommendations. The room was wonderful! AC was cold, the bed was nice, had a nice little kitchen, hot tub and huge shower - amazing quality, just like the photos. We even had our own balcony! Look no further than this stay if you are looking at Celafu. We thought about staying in Old Town but this was hands down the best call we made. Thank you again Elegance rooms! Ciao!

Excellent place to stay!!!!

We loved our stay! We had very good communication leading up to arriving and were greated so warmly on arrival. The place is even better than the photo's and so many little details have been added to make our stay pleasent, such as a clothes line and herbal teas in our room. The terrace is amazing and so is breakfast. We want to say a big Grazie to everyone working here for being so friendly and helpful!! Also it's in a fantastic location!!
