"Awesome location. Surprise 56 stairs to our room. Sweetest owner came out and assisted with our bags. Only steps from all the great shops and train station."

"A true gem in Florence with wonderful hospitality Hotel Settefiori was an absolute highlight of our trip. It is a family-run property, and their passion shines through in every single detail, from the tasteful room decor to the warm, welcoming atmosphere. Upon arrival, we were given a complete personal tour: the host showed us around, pointed out all the amenities, and clearly explained how everything worked, including the air conditioning. The staff are exceptionally kind and attentive. My wife...

"Amazing property and staff!!"

"It gave a old school elegant feel. The rooms was very spacious and the staff was friendly and informative."

"Centrally located, high quality furnishings and bathrooms. Only thing is we would have liked to have one large bottle of complimentary water rather than having to refill ourselves. Breakfast was great and the lady who runs it kind and helpful. Enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend or stay again."

"We have stayed here 3 times over the last few years and love the hotel. Conveniently located , close to the train station and wonderful staff"

"Hotel was walkable to the major attractions and close to the train station. Quality of service was top notch, very profession and efficient. Room was clean and housekeeping was great . Complimentary breakfast was excellent."

"The only positive feature of this booking was the location."

"Great location, lovely staff, fab breakfast"

"Location to train station was good. Staff and breakfast was great!! Elevator was functional but extremely small and slow. It would hold only 1 person and 1 bag. Reception area was being painted during our check in. Given the narrow hallways, one of our jackets ended up with paint on an arm."

"We have a wonderful time there and the staff at the hotel, they are so nice but they has just one lift and too small but it ok bc they still has it."
