"Bye, my opinion not enough stuff, poor Kichin"

"Lovely stay in a beautiful building, right in the heart of Florence. Definitely felt more luxurious than a 3*. Stayed with our 2 children in the family room and there was plenty of space for all of us."

"Staff"

"Wonderful staff and helpful info!"

"Excellent location"

"Me & my family truly enjoyed our time there, Alessandra (the manager/host) made everything very pleasant & easy for us, we arrived in the afternoon of Dec.31st, she spent a friendly 5-10 mins to show us places to go on a map, then successfully secured us a table at a fusion restaurant to celebrate our new year dinner along with the florentians, then on the last day she helped us arrange a taxi to get to the train station right on time. "Staff was great room needs a bigger bed side table to accommodate a cpap"

"Great hotel. The modern Gioconda painting and vibe are quirky and fun. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. Amazing location. In the centre of everything. Our room was a good size and very clean. Loved the breakfast each morning. I will definitely choose The Frame Hotel again for my next trip to Florence."

"We stayed for six nights, as we do every year, and had another wonderful experience. The location is perfect, the rooms are lovely, and the entire staff is consistently professional, courteous, and welcoming. We always enjoy our stay and look forward to returning again next year!"
