It is a family-run property, and their passion shines through in every single detail, from the tasteful room decor to the warm, welcoming atmosphere. "Great hotel. The modern Gioconda painting and vibe are quirky and fun. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. Amazing location. In the centre of everything. Our room was a good size and very clean. Loved the breakfast each morning. I will definitely choose The Frame Hotel again for my next trip to Florence."

"We stayed for six nights, as we do every year, and had another wonderful experience. The location is perfect, the rooms are lovely, and the entire staff is consistently professional, courteous, and welcoming. We always enjoy our stay and look forward to returning again next year!"
