Check in staff had no idea what they are doing. They still use paper files for every single guest and struggled to find reservations.

Low quality. Dilapidated. Felt crowded. Food awful and unhealthy. Staff mostly miserable, untrained and unhelpful. Location: Kata/Karon filthy traffic polluted urban cheap and nasty, dirty streets, bars and restaurants. Beaches - no space, completely ruined by crowds of people.

Noisy, screaming kids ruin holiday.

We stayed here last year and it was ok, but very little space to put clothes and stuff. We thought things might be better this year, unfortunately still not enough space. This time there was stupid parents totally ignoring there young children screaming, and running around the pool and splashing other holiday guests. The kid’s should be in the small pool, but the parents just let the kids do what they wanted to do without any care for there safety and letting them dive in and out of the big pool. Where is the staff, who should be monitoring this behaviour.

Piacevole soggiorno a Kata

Struttura molto carina sulla passeggiata di Kata. La Hall è molto bella, come anche la piscina. Un po' più vecchiotta la stanza, sopratutto il bagno. Letti super comodi. La pulizia delle stanze non è al top Come anche quelle dei corridoi / ascensore. Colazione continentale, con scarsa scelta di prodotti dolci. Servizio navetta comodo ma solo per chi decide di stare nella prima parte della spiaggia di Kata, se vuoi spostarti nella zona dove sono presenti bar e ristoranti sei costretto a camminare sotto il sole e con il caldo afoso per circa 15 minuti. Comodo il desk per l'affitto della macchina / scooter che aveva prezzi convenienti e molto rapido nella consegna del mezzo. Comodissimo il centro massaggi, il change e il servizio lavanderia proprio a 2 passi dall'albergo. Nel complesso è stato un buon soggiorno. Torneremmo volentieri.

Hotel mit Überholungsbedarf

Eins vorweg: Der Service des Hotels war top. Der lose sitzende Wasserhahn im Bad wurde direkt nach Reklamation repariert, so auch der defekte Kühlschrank. Schade das solche Dinge nicht im Vorfeld behoben werden. Die Mitarbeiter sind aber überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider wurde die Toilette am Pool von den Hinterlassenschaften betrunkener Hotelgäste nicht gereinigt. Leider zum Nachteil die Gegend, die von einer Bevölkerungsgruppe belagert ist. Rücksicht auf andere Gäste gibt es keine. Nächtliche, lautstarke Streitereien waren fast täglich zu hören. Benehmen gibt es auch keine, überall wird sich vorgedrängelt, warten scheint ein Fremdwort zu sein. Aus diesem Grund wird diese Region am Kata Beach in Zukunft gemieden.

Bonjour, ayant passé trois semaines à l'hôtel ibis kata j'ai été plus déçus, petits petits-déjeuners ??? toujours la même chose ou presque aucune variété le sois disant chaud étaient toujours froids plus que monotone pendant mon séjour l'établissement était en rénovation, désagréable odeurs de peintures, tiner et autres et je ne parle même pas de la propreté, inexistante, bref hôtel à bannir comment se fait- il que vous proposez un tel établissement ,bien à vous

Cosy hotel.

Our stay at the Ibis was fantastic. Good location, good staff the pool was a good size, plenty of umbrellas and sun beds. Quiet resort with enough restaurants nearby and the beach was only about 7 mins.

We stayed here 15 nights, room is small but everything else is good. The pool is a nice size and no shortage of sun beds or umbrellas. The staff are really friendly, we had a lot of laughs,nothing to much trouble, you only have to ask.

พนักงานบริการดี เป็นกันเอง ที่พักสะอาด สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกขาดฟิตเนสและรถรับ-ส่งบริการ นอกนั้นถือว่าครบถ้วน สำหรับการพักผ่อนในการท่องเที่ยว ที่พักไม่ไกลจากหาด (ถ้าเดินทางลัด) ร้านอาหารบริการเวณใกล้โรงแรมมีมากมาย โดยภาพรวมแล้วถือว่าดี เหมาะแก่การเช็คอินเข้าพัก ถ้าถามว่าจะกลับไปพักิีกรอบไหม มีโอกาสไปแน่นอนค่ะ
