"The team that worked there were really good, a bit of detail needed in some rooms from wear and tear. Nothing major just detailing and a bit more training with the team on how to handle situations. I.E We asked for a certain meal but we got an augomagic response that the kitchen was busy and wouldn’t be able to. Bug the previous it was ok. "
"The Villas we stayed in were amazing. A cleaning crew comes in every day to tidy up and refill your daily water and towels. My kids LOVED the private pool for our villa and the beach. The only things we were not prepared for was that although there is a kitchen, it is not stocked at all with anything for cooking or even eating. No utensils or cooking tools. Also, be prepared to call for a buggy every time you want to leave your villa. "

"It was an amazing property. The breakfast that was included was top notch and had so many different options. The staff were friendly. The pool was nice and the beach was wonderful. The sand was very soft and my kids enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking. There was really no dining options around the area except for the resort and after being in other areas in Vietnam where food was very cheap, the pricing at the hotel seemed high although it was still cheaper that what we would pay in the US....

"Great room and view, pool was amazing!! Once arrived host was very good. Communication lacked prior to arrival like the location of the property is in the "SKY TOWER" which delayed our arrival. "My husband and I spent our 21st wedding anniversary in paradise. There was a problem with our initial room but the response from the resort was prompt professional and surpassed our expectations. Our suite, the pools, walkways, and beach were beautiful but best of all were the great staff. A highlight was dinner on the pier. Thanks to the resort for the memory making experience. "

They made us feel welcome and responded to any requests we had, such as arranging transportation, tours and providing information on our visits to town.
