The room was very spacious and well kept Plenty of options for breakfast The hotel itself was close and walking promixity to noght markets, local marts, food locations. The pool was nice but needed a good clean on tiles, the beach unfortunately was not clean enough to swim in, staff did a great job at cleaning the sand, but a lot of floating rubbish beyond their control Overall, great hotel- great staff and a great holiday.

We had an overall okay stay at this hotel. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the ocean view was lovely. However, the room wasn’t very soundproof, so there was quite a bit of noise from both the pool area (kids) and the ocean, even with the doors closed. Compared to some of the other places we stayed during our trip, the experience felt a little more basic. For example, we had to take up our own bags and there wasn’t much guidance or direction provided on arrival. (We didn’t get our welcome drink) That said, the breakfast was really good and the location was convenient for exploring both the northern and southern parts of Phu Quoc, which made getting around easy. Overall, it was a decent stay, just not as memorable as some of the other hotels we experienced on this trip.

Such a great hotel and in prime location. Offers amazing amenities and the hotel even arranges complimentary shuttle service to and from the hotel. Would highly recommended as the pool is absolutely amazing and you have beach front access. Definitely dedicate a day just to relax and lounge around.

The hotel was perfectly located near downtown and the market, easy to walk. The room was beautiful and large, the pool beautiful however missing a minimum 10-15 extra chairs near the children pool going around the building. Too many leave only towels with no coming back for hours. The buffet is amazing with lots of choices from fruits to egg to Asian meals. The lunch is also very good a as staff is friendly

Had a great stay at Seashell, had a corner room with seaview with terrace. What a view. Service was great and a lot of amenities at the hotel. Huge and good breakfast, a bit to much people at breakfast sometimes but managable. Enjoyed the pool and bar service with a great view. Close to city center and a lot of restaurants in the area. This is a beachfront hotel located very close to the coast. The view was amazing. The only drawback was that the toilet door didn't close properly, so you could see through the gap. I wish they'd fix that. However, it was easy to access and comfortable.
