The only disturbance is the construction of something nearby - jackhammers on full blast. There is also a new public beach, with a bar that is right next to the hotel. "We stayed only for one night in a room with extra bed between 10-11 May 2018. Overall it was a terrific stay. The theme and decoration about college life really told the story in itself and the design by Bill Bensley really lived up it its hype. "We loved our stay here and had two massages booked, both were great. Definately one of the best hotels in Asia with hot water and good water pressure which is rare in Asia. Super friendly staff and another highlight was the breakfast buffé. For this standard you really get a lot for your money and this is the first time seeing a buffé after travelling in Asia for a few month. Would definately come back again without hesitation."
