Great resort for relaxation in a quiet season. Villas are good, service was good, and beach is very nice too. Logistics around resort can be challenging
Spectacular property! Great breakfast buffet! Amazing, friendly & helpful staff! Excellent amenities on site, and great places nearby to eat, shop, relax & enjoy.

Reception staff very good, Casa Nostra Staff very good. Pools clean and mostly well maintained but getting tired. Lifeguards don’t do much in the way of watching the pool, was shouted at by one of them because of his belief that I had not used a towel card for each of our party going as far as refusing to return our towel cards.
Basic restaurant staff also not the greatest for a resort that bills itself so highly. I was shouted at again by a front desk staff member at the restaurant at the Ibiza area.
Villa was dusty, especially the ceiling fans. Floors could use a scrub. Several damaged furniture pieces in the bedrooms and living area.
Villa pool was nice, quiet and private. Beach was pleasant and pretty.
General area adjacent to the Mellia was very artificial at best and overtly uninhabited. Neighbouring golf course was a pleasant experience and well maintained. Vinpearl Safari was a good visit for our little one who really enjoyed the Junior Safari program.
We had a wonderful stay at the Melia. The villas are big and spacious and the private pools are a great addition. The food was generally good at the buffets and the beachfront location is very good. The best thing about the Melia though are the staff, they couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. We must mention Khuong from the concierge team who changed the battery in our door lock and Heiu at the pool bar in the Menorca pool who were fantastic and great fun to chat to. The housekeeping team were exceptional everyday too. We extended our stay we enjoyed it so much and would definitely stay again.
Be aware that this hotel has a purely «all inclusive» concept. There were unfortunately no possibilities to buy drinks, beers etc. without wristband options. Neither any à la carte dinning. Luckily there was a really nice beach restaurant in the next door hotel where you could pay for good quality food and drink services (The Haven Beach Club). Having that said, the staff was lovely and service minded and the premises clean.
The rooms ate large.we asked for a 2 bedroom flat. We had two bedrooms with king beds and a room with 2 single beds. It can easily house 2 couples and 2 young adults There was a large dining table for 8 and a sitting area . There was tv in the hall and in each room. We had a lake view room but the lake is nothing to talk about. The beach front rooms are better.
The buggies from the reception area and breakfast place is usually crowded but we can secure a seat in 10mins max.
Would recommend this hotel although it is more than an hours drive to the cable car stn.
Grand world with the food and massage is only 10mins away.
We stayed at this stunning and spacious villa, which offered a peaceful retreat. However, the check-in and check-out processes were overly time-consuming, which detracted from the overall experience.
Beautiful property. Kids friendly. Great breakfast option before enjoying the rest of the day. All the staffs are helpful and courteous
. Just a couple of negative was some materials wasnt top notch like couple of drawer knobs was broke off easily, some warp floor panels. Staff mistakenly charges me for a missing Sprite can but then i show a pic of 2 Coke 1 Sprite but 3 regular Coke . It seem cleaning staff restock the wrong drinks after prior guest.
