"They could’ve explained the deposit and resort fee way better. If the resort fee is $39 I should’ve never been charged $75 a night. I was expecting my full deposit back and they took most if my money. Never staying here again."

Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak
"Check in is at 4pm! so you get to the pool at 430 but the kitchen closed at 4 at the pool, the bar closed at 5 at the pool, the slide in the pool shut down at 5 and the entire pool section closed at 7pm!! I went there with my two grandsons for the " WATER PARK" amenities but got very little use out ..."
