"I arrived late as my flight was delayed so really only slept and showered. Front desk staff was very helpful and the hotel is right across from the Duomo and tower. There are several restaurants and trattorias nearby but no vehicle access (within restricted city walls) super clean but cramped - historic hotel but lots of stairs or old cranky elevator and can barely fit one person. Same for shower. Slept well but no breakfast. Don’t think it was worth what I paid- no view but again, I got in...

"Great location! Great check-in via phone...we were walked through to our key pick-up and room! Room is basic for 2 people with on-suite bathroom (not all tooms have this but do have private hall baths.) Cute newly done bathroom, and continental breakfast included. Located less than 5 minute walk to one of Lucca's portas. Very convenient! And host is very friendly!!!! "

"This was a great place to stay when visiting Lucca - located just outside the city walls.Easy to walk into the historic town center. Room was very nice, parking was very convenient and the breakfast was lovely! Only stayed one night, but would have loved to stay longer! Note that the hotel is easy to find as it is not clearly advertised on the outside!"
