"The hotel is well situated, a few blocks from lively areas. They have offsite covered parking for 15 euros a day, which is highly recommended because parking in the neighborhood is complicated. Reserver your parking spot in advance! Our room was clean and in great shape with AC. The staff was extremely helpful, shoutout to Luisa for her enthusiasm, recommendations, and overall great service!"

"The hotel is in a beautiful location and very central to all the sights of Palma. The staff - from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff - are very courteous and welcoming. The rooms are very well appointed and the breakfast is outstanding. The only disappointment is the swimming pool on the roof - it's really just a soaking pool - tiny and shallow. But I would recommend this hotel strongly to anyone visiting Palma!"

"Hotel un po’ fuori Mano struttura bella ovviamente è sempre cata media a però lontano dalla movida non troppo vicino alla spiaggia e non ho avuto la possibilità di di usufruire della spa e della piscina la spacco ovunque a pagamento per 25 € a persona al giorno per due ore che mi sembra un pochino eccessivo, essendo ospite dell’hotel. Inoltre, la colazione anch’essa 25 € a persona non vale la pena semplicemente l’hotel macchia Renzi servizi e cari."

"The location of the hotel is PERFECT! It is within walking distance to everything. And above and beyond that is the staff. Upon checking they were very accommodating when we arrived early before check in. They made sure we were comfortable until our room was ready - even gave us a complimentary glass of champagne!
They always assisted us with a smile to our questions and had great recommendations. The meal we had in the hotel restaurant was one of our best.
We would highly recommend the BO...

"Couldn’t fault the hotel, the food or the staff who would bend over backwards to help you. However, the room could do with an update. We were given a further room upgrade on arrival from an already booked Superior Red Level room, but we would’ve preferred the room we originally booked, with a smaller balcony and a view of the Cathedral as promised in the room description. The room we were given had more of a very large terrace and you had to walk to the end to appreciate the view of the...

"I can only write about my room. I stayed in the main tower 7th floor. I felt like the room itself was 3 star but overall the hotel had 5 star views.
Our room had a King size bed. For some reason the bed was placed right next to the bathroom that has a glass sliding door. I would have preferred if it was placed away from the restroom.
The bathroom had no towel rack for our hand towel. We had to drape it over the soap dispenser. The room came with a shampoo/bath gel bottle. No conditioner. ...
