El Llorenç Parc de la Mar is a beautiful hotel, elegant, modern, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. From the moment we arrived, the service was spectacular. Everyone was incredibly helpful and genuinely willing to assist with anything we needed. A special mention goes to Allessimo and Jorge at the front desk and his colleagues. They were outstanding throughout our stay. They were always available to answer questions, help with arrangements, and provide recommendations. Their dinner recommendations were excellent, and they were always willing to help with anything we needed. Their level of personalized service really stood out. Our room was beautiful, modern, and had everything we needed. It was on the smaller side and didn’t have a particularly large window, but the design was very stylish and everything felt new and well thought out. Check out room size and window before booking so you’re not surprised. The pool area was also very nice and relaxing, although the pool was a bit chilly. The spa was lovely, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were always accommodating. Breakfast was good and offered a nice selection. However, I would say that the rest of the food at the hotel was somewhat subpar compared with the overall quality of the property. There is so much excellent food in Palma that we found ourselves choosing to eat outside the hotel for most of our other meals. One thing I think would be helpful for the hotel to explain better is the surrounding area

It was an incredible stay. The room was spacious, clean and well designed. Service was superb and everyone was incredibly helpful. I would totally recommend everyone this hotel in Palma. Location was very convinient to the old town and many good restaurants.
