"Everything about our stay was very good. Lovely clean room with everything we needed. Large bath with very hot water . Kettle with tea, coffee , biscuits etc , hairdryer and iron. Dinner was good and the breakfasts were freshly prepared. We enjoyed our drinks in the bar and the prices were very reasonable. Staff Lovely and friendly, will certainly think of returning. "

"Loved the position of the hotel , on the canal so we could walk along the to-path into the centre , which was a short walk . You could see the canal boats go by. The room was clean , well maintained & very comfortable . Daily maid service was extremely efficient . We had a problem with the television which was dealt with as soon as we informed the staff. "I did not get use of the room as the hotel was locked up despite calling and leaving messages there was no reply . I had the inconvenience of having to travel 12 miles to find another hotel ."

We stayed in a yurt again, and admittedly, the ensuite is rustic and chilly as you would expect but the main yurt was cosy and luxe even when the weather was cold. Staying on a Thursday night meant food was available and live entertainment!"
