Love the hotel clean and quiet. Friendly staff they will try to help you at any time. The only issue I had the bed was to hard for me. I think the floor was softer. Stay again any time.

Hyvä rauhallinen sijainti. Ei liikenteen melua. Suora tie soi buakhaolle suljettu rakennustyömaan takia. Huoneet ovat tilavia ja siistejä hienolla valaistuksella. Kylpyhuone suuri todella hyvällä suihkulla. Parveke varustettu pöydällä ja kahdella tuolilla. TV kanavatarjonta suppea. Jääkaappi, vedenkeitin , safe box ja paljon säilytystilaa. Ainoa miinus oli uima-allas alue katolla. Se rupeaa olemaan remontin tarpeessa.

Nice balcony, polite staff. I dont know the working hours of the housemaids, but they certainly got the job done. It also has a barber nearby, and is very close to Walking Street and Soi LK. The hotel is quite new, and gives a wonderful atmosphere for visitors. When im coming back i will definatley check out this place again.

The most minimalistic cool hotel I have ever stayed in. Rooms are huge and magnificent. Decor is amazing. Breakfast a bit basic and position ok Overall its a win.

Nice big rooms but not good for 3 to sleep

The room is nice and big. However we did book there especially because they had option for 3 people. We paid breakfast for 3. That was ok but room had 2 beds and they are big enough f to sleep 2 in one same bed. They had not even prepared an extra pillow or towels. We had to our the 2 beds together to adorei 3, then obviously I kept falling through the hole in the middle. They could have joined the beds and put some cover over it, would have been fine. Breakfast is average.

first of all there is no taxi services the breakfast is very poor i can go on and on in the end i had to re book some other hotel and keep this one as well as they would not refund me the money never again there

Good but too far out

It was a good room but forgettable. No coffees, no toothburshes, one pillow, no lotion; ya know the usual amenities. Room was big and bed was big enough but side/night table are too far from the bed which would make u get up to reach out for your charging phone in the middle of the night. Bfast was buffet which was decent. Hotel though is in the middle of nowhere and you have to walk all the way. You can get better rooms near bay walk for the same price.

The room was not very clean and had ants and insects in the bathroom. We told them to clean the room better and to use bugspray. Did not get any better. Doormen were very serviceminded. The room was spacious and nice. The gym had one treadmill and a small rack of weights (no air-conditioning). Quiet hotel, good water pressure and the most comfy beds! Had a good stay.

Unpleasant place to go with rude staff

To start off by sharing my personal experience by it wasn't as pleasant as I expected and as pretty as the appearance of the hotel, here are some of the issues I faced - service is very bad compared to the price they're taking, in the same neighborhood there are much cheaper hotels with much better staff & service - staff were very rude at times, they ignore, close phones in your face & give attitude twice the phone was closed in my face because I was asking over an internet password that never worked properly - staff try as much as possible to make money out of you as your their main target, I was yelled at by one of the cleaners because she found a small stain on the towel.. One cleaner took a glass water bottle & then said she never did just to make me pay for it - in order for your room to be cleaned, you need to stand over their head. First night grounds were dirty & tables were messed bed pillows were not so good only duvet was put and when I requested that my room should be properly cleaned they made such a fuss - they are not organized with things or even punctual with timings, twice I asked them for wake up call, one time they forgot & other they understood - the skinny lady with grey suit whom is the coordinator is very very rude, she sells talk basically and is supposed to cover the manager, I requested more than once to speak to the manager, and they would say 8am you go down at 8 and she's never around.. I even wrote a letter of complaint to
