The hotel is in a great central position, the rooms and facilities are very good. The jewel in the crown is the staff, they are simply amazing.

Room was a one month 1 bdrm condo rental (20,000 Baht) total cost with electricity to be added after our checkout. Items that were not included are Wi-Fi television, cable, housekeeping, and meals. A washing machine and kitchenettewas provided in suite. Cooking utensils, plates, bowls, were a mishmash of various sorts. No hotel restaurant or shops. Air conditioning was quite comfortable, balcony and room view from the 19th floor was beautiful with sea and city views. The rooftop Infiniti swimming pool on the 44th floor was incredible and face the ocean.

Good points about the hotel was the very comfortable bed and pillows that guaranteed a peaceful sleep each night. Breakfast was okay with a wide choice options. Area is not noisy . The staff were kind to offer me 30 minutes late checkout till 12.30pm. The hotel failed on the dodgy safety box in my room. After inputting the 4 digit code I noticed that the safe opened by just pressing one of the numbers only! I didn’t report to get it fixed as I was only there for 2 days but considering that nothing was stolen from the safe, it also speaks well about the honest integrity of the staff. So overall I would gladly stay at this hotel again.

This hotel is Not a 4 star hotel. The service is terrible and the woman/girl in the reception is rude and doesn’t care at all if you’re not satisfied. The AC in our room was so loud it was almost impossible to sleep. Had to run it as long as possible to get cold and then hopefully fall asleep while it was off but then the air got so bad we had to turn it on again. We talked to other guests who had the same problem. Asked to change room but just got ”it’s the same in all rooms” answer. We had booked to stay here 13 nights but stayed 4 and then moved to Siam Siam hotel which was amazing! Pool area has almost no sun during the days either. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Absolutely amazing experience. All the staff where very friendly and helpful nothing but smiles and great service. Hotel is very clean and well kept and quite and not so far from the nightlife but far enough to get great sleep. Only issue I had was my sheets not being cleaned as much as I wanted them to be. A will be going again in the future.
