The rooms are old and outdated. WiFi doesn’t work well at all. Showers are awful and the beds are hard. Housekeeping will enter after you leave/ask for no service!

It was ok but breakfast was rubbish, not a lot of choice, couldn’t even have a knife as you had to share one. Food was limited and no English or breakfast tea and the staff in the dining area wasn’t friendly, shower was so cold and even when managing to turn up the heat it was still very cold, it was in need of refurbishing and no air con in fitness room

가성비가 아주 좋다고 생각합니다 넓은객실,깔끔하고 쾌적합니다. 샤워실 수압,온수도 이상없으며 야외에 넓은 수영장과 24시간 운영하는 피트니스까지 있어서 너무 좋았어요!! 아침 조식도 가격대비 나름 준수한 수준이였습니다! 호탤 직원분께서도 엄청 친절하셔서 너무 좋았습니다.

Hotel dalle grandi dimensioni un po’ vecchio e fuori dal centro..Scomodo x uscire. Le camere sono enormi con divano,balcone,cassetta della sicurezza,TV etc Colazione da migliorare!!! Complessivamente ok..

Good rooms poor service

This hotel has nice big rooms with everything working well.The downside to the room is that the beds are rock hard and i know some people prefer that. This hotel is catering for Chinese tours here today gone tomorrow so to speak. I must say i found most of the tour groups behaving well. The big negative about this hotel is that breakfast is a complete disaster Food is all cold if any left, the soup station is never , manned, the food is never replenished so if you go in late forget about it. The staff in the dining room would all be shown the door if i owned the hotel. Clearly they are not happy and I think feel they are overworked.Like a lot of hotels in Thailand people are not trained so they have no idea how to go about working the floor.

Excellent service and exceptional value for money,very nice clean modern rooms,staff very friendly and more then helpful,if this hotel was closer to the centre of Pattaya it would alot more expensive,it still has everything you need close buy,good choice of restaurants,bars and shopping centres within 5 min walk,its a bit of a walk to the beach maybe 20 mins or the bus takes 5mins costing 20thb.i really cannot believe the overall service you get for the cost of stay,exceptional.breakfast is spot on aswell.

Positive aspects: Friendly reception, Long operation hours for pool and Gym Negative aspects: Breakfast is mainly Chinese food (mostly even no fruits), restaurant and furniture unclean and partially broken! No closet/drawers i n the rooms. Seems that it was mainly used by Chinese. We had difficulties to find a clean table to sit at for breakfast! Broken chair at pool damaged our cloths

Chambre très spacieuse et confortable, grande piscine. Petit déjeuner laissant à désirer, salle souvent bondée (nous y étions en plein Nouvel An Chinois cela dit), personnel un peu dépassé... Emplacement un peu trop éloigné de la plage et des rues animées pour pouvoir y aller à pieds. Wifi ne passe pas dans les chambres!
