Everything ok except they only provide 1 key for more than 1 pax. We cant go separate ways theres only one key. Very inconvenient.

Impolite staff with no service mind what so ever!!

Worst service we have ever experienced. Pre-booked a room for four persons, when we arrived the staff told us that the room only was for two persons. When we try to tell the staff that, the owner arrived. She refused to speak to us, even look at us. The staff was not helpful at all, although we hade made a correct reservation. Since we have made the reservation same day, we had not made the reservation with refund possible. At last we had to rebooked so we at least got two separate hotel-rooms next to each other. (No connection-room, although there was one available). The rooms were dirty and smelled bad. We can’t recommend this place at all.

positiv ist die Lage - direkt am Jomtien Beach. negativ ist der Zustand des Hotels. Es ist alt und ungepflegt. Meine Mängel am 1. Tag wurden zur Kenntnis genommen, Bilder von den Wasserschäden im Zimmer und Bad und vom Schimmel wurden gemacht. Getan hat sich nichts !!

Cuarto con vista al Mar, que más puede pedir uno? Pues que el aire acondicionado funcione lol el personal de día no hizo nada tuve que esperar al cambio de turno para volver a decir que el AC no enfriaba y fue ahí donde me cambiaron el cuarto. La vista en el segundo piso no se disfruta mucho ya que la telaraña de cables eléctricos obstruye la vista. Una vez que nos cambiaron de cuarto fue en el 4to piso y ahí si exelente vista! Cuarto amplio, cama confortable y buena ducha. El hotel un poco viejo y alfombras sucias pero no molesta. El área está bien, exelente opción de desayuno alado izquierdo del hotel. No se si regresaría al mismo hotel pero mala no fue mi experiencia.

Не стоит ехать в этот отель никогда!!!!

Отель ужасный в принципе. Мы не придираемся и можем перенести некоторые недочеты, но тут... были проблемы с бронью, которая оплачена за несколько месяцев- у них не было мест. Заселять нас не хотели! Выяснять они ничего не намеривались, несмотря на то, что показали распечатанную и переведенную на тайский бронь. Попросили пригласить главного менеджера - отказали. Пришлось самим связываться с hotels. Com. В итоге заселили в номер без wi-fi, который был оплачен в качестве удобства номера; балкон заколочен досками (как в тюрьме) из-за чего в номере темно постоянно! Компенсации отель никакой не предоставил, сообщив, что виновать hotels.com. Wi-fi ужасный во всем отеле, люди постоянно жаловались, в лобби также Интернет работает ужасно - 1 страница грузится 5-8 минут!!! Завтрак - отдельная песня - всегда всего не хватает: йогурта; булочек; огурцов; помидоров; риса. Яичница с полузасохшими желтками!!! Уборка тоже сказочная: бутылки из под воды валялись на столиках лобби с обеда до следующего утра. Контингент отдыхающих - русские граждане, приехавшие по турам, колоритные личности:-). Вообщем отель НЕТ-НЕТ и НЕТ!!!!! Лучше выбирайте Natural Park Resort.

Из хорошего - отель расположен удобно, рядом море, кафе, магазины и транспорт. Все остальное очень плохо: 1. При заезде номер забронированный пол года назад занят, но свободен номер более высокого класса (с видом на море и бассейн с постоянно играющей, не тихо, музыкой) и в него тебя поселят совершенно бесплатно, но на одни сутки, а потом можно значительно доплатить и остаться, если не платить придётся переехать. 2. Отель откровенно старый, это касается мебели, сантехники, общего состояния номеров и техники в них (фен, кондиционер и т.д.) 3. В темное время суток в номере не достаточное освещение, не комфортно. 4. В коридоре установлен внутренний телефон для персонала, который начинает звонить с 6ти утра без остановки, а в номере его отлично слышно. 5. Уборка номеров делается каждый день, про качество я молчу, если считать уборкой подметание пола и пыль везде где только можно ее представить. Еще в процессе уборки персонал просто сваливает грязное постельное белье и полотенца в коридор, где это всё лежит весь день

Siisti hotelli ,kaikkien palvelujen lähellä. Rannan lähellä. Hiljainen vaikka rantakadun varrella. Hiukan ongelmia sisäänkirjautumisessa ei näkynyt maksusuorituksesta koska maksoin kortilla netin kautta mutta lopulta kaikki selvisi.

Good value for money.

Good value for money. Not 5 star but you are not paying 5 star rates. .Good breakfast and room was spaciousness and generally clean. Pool was good. I go back in March and would probably stay there again.

déçue, le ménage laisse à désirer

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 3 personnes. Quand on est arrivés, apparemment on n'était pas sur leur listing, heureusement que j'avais la confirmation de réservation. Donc, ils nous ont donné une chambre avec 2 petits lits (pour 3 c'est pas mal). On a dit qu'on avait réservé pour 3 !!! (ils comprennent ce qu'ils veulent !). Au bout d'une heure, ils nous ont donné une chambre avec un lit double et ils ont été cherché un lit pliant pour ma soeur (pas très propre). Bref, déçue. Nous avions pourtant réservé à la base une chambre DE LUXE !!!! (il faut peut être prendre la chambre TOP DE LUXE!!).
