Out of the way in the middle of town.
This is a budget type place, but nice and clean. The air con was great, the staff friendly and it is in a little street that is just a walk to everything i needed. The only down side was 4 floors, but no elevator. My room was small, but big enough, it had à bar fridge and comfortable lounge. Shower was good, but no hot water in the hand basin. There are bigger rooms with balconies. Oh, and the mattress was comfortable, which is unusual.

Very very basic & small room but clean..
Very very basic.. small room.. was clean staff very friendly.. shower was good. Good for the price. Get what you pay for is what I trying to say. Security could be better as they leave key at front desk,customers just helping themselves to room keys.. they is someone there but anybody could take. Saying this I have to say I DID NOT have anything stolen. Lots places to eat near buy.

Noisy at night time
Location is good. I booked two rooms with balcony. One room was big, quite, big bed, big balcony. Another room small, small bed, small balcony - view to the noisy street, cannot sleep before 4 am. If you book choose standard balcony room, much better.

Nouvea Guesthouse Review
The accomodation was very low budget. On arrival the front desk staff cannot understand english. On entry into the room there was a very strong smell of cigarrete smoke. The pillows had a bad smell and we had to ask for them to be changed. There was no other room available to change to. At night there is constant noise from other guests in the hallway. There is a school directly behind the building so be prepared for screaming children at 7am in the morning.

Hôtel très bien situé. À côtés de la plage de patong et la rue de bangla. La dame qui s’occupe de l’hôtel est vraiment adorable toujours à l’écoute.. dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de vrai fenêtre dans la chambre . Le seul vrai bémol cest ménage qui pourrais être mieux fait. Maison reviendrai sans hésitations pour revoir la dame 😊

Sono ritornato in questo hotel dopo un anno e ho ritrovato la stessa coppia simpatica e disponibile a gestirlo. Posto molto pulito, offre un servizio di lavanderia. Le camere sono sistemate e pulite ogni giorno. Posto informale vicino a tutte le attrazioni, lo consiglio

Отличный недорогой отель!
Отличный чистый недорогой отель в центре Патонга. Очень приветливые хозяева. Жили в номере с балконом. Размер номера достаточно большой. Вид на территорию школы ничем не раздражал. По ночам тихо и спокойно. Вай фай работал хорошо. Напор воды в душе хороший. Очень рекомендуем!!!

優點： 1.價格便宜 2.地理位置優越距離海灘與餐廳都很近 缺點 1.隔音差 2.浴室門簾該換吧，有夠髒 3.被子也是個問題 總結這間也是適合住1-2天之後再去五星飯店

Acorde con su precio. Sorprende la tranquilidad de esa calle. Lo unico que nuestra habitacion tenia los aparatos del aire acondicionado eb la fachada y era un poco molesto el ruido. Hotel ideal para ir solo al final del dia a dormir. Buena cama.
