Reasonable Value for money - families

Simple hotel. Well located for our sports trips involving Brit Int School. Restaurants nearby for families. Hotel is basic but good. A few organisational challenges around room being cleaned in time, etc.

It’s reasonably priced, rooms are fine, nothing special but comfortable. Breakfast doesn’t have much variety or good quality but the omelettes were great. Staff were friendly & helpful.

Nh boat lagoon resort phuket

There was a bait and switch. We stayed away from the main resort. Meaning we had to get a buggy every time we wanted to use the facilities. But overall we had a calm stress free restful break. Also the food is bland but still edible so i am sure we could recommend this resort

Good location , quiet and nice.

At the arrival we were disappointed to see that our room was not in main hotel . We didn't understood it was outside when we did the reservation about marina's room. Maybe a way to improve details on your site description. However the area is quiet, safe and has a good restaurant proposals. Really good swimming pool and breakfast. So we are happy about our stay. The minibus to go from hotel to room is not so practical . 3 times we called it but had to go by walk to go faster.

This hotel has had a real makeover, and it shows. The staff seemed very happy in their work, and nothing appeared to be too much trouble. The wide screen TV accepts external hard drive. The shower has great pressure and bathroom stocked with good shampoo and shower gel. Buffet breakfast was excellent but sadly, no Bacon. Parking is easy and right by the door. If I have to find one fault, the mattress is very hard, but always the same in Thailand 😉

Hotel was amazing, it is a very large complex so need a fair walk to get to your room if in a suite. For a room this expensive, my only fault of the motel is no pillow menu. (So not much to pick on) Location is not central to much other than the marina, food options around quite expensive because you are within the marina complex (so assume you have money) Supermarket just next door and 7-11 at end of driveway (all accessible with free shuttle from lobby) Taxi is very easy from lobby or driveway + fixed shown cost ( see photo ) which was great.

I was given a room away of the main building which require to call and ask for a transport. Inconvenience and late. room was on 3rd floor out of 3 without elevator and was very hot due to the climate in Phuket . not clean. left garbage from previous guest found in the cabinets and dust was not removed event after calling for cleaner.

Room was full of mosquitoes and later found out that it was also termite infested. We are now worried that some bugs are brought back home, so leaving our bags in the bathroom for a while... The communication between different areas is horrible as well. When I ordered room service I requested for extra plates and cutlery as my kids were sharing a meal. The person taking the order asked me to call house keeping for this, which is strange as all I needed was another plate and cutlery. The house keeping never cleared the room service plates. It was cleaned and left in the sink. So that's nice I guess. On the good side, it's located fairly convenient if you need to stay central of the island. There's a lot of restaurants at the marina 2 min walk and there's a super market and ice rink within 5 min walk.
