The room was tiny and there was a leak and it was raining outside. The staff seemed super overwhelmed but they we’re still super nice and has the patience of a saint, I actually feel bad for the staff, because the type of people that go to this hotel are uneducated, loud, ghetto, and basically, all degenerates just looking for a place to get a couple of hours to party and maybe indulge in fornication with the ladies of the night for lack of better words lol "

"The hotel and room were extremely clean, and the staff were very helpful! When we arrived, my daughter was a bit upset as she had lost something during our travels. The front desk noticed and immediately offered her some tea, which was greatly appreciated! Location is fantastic close enough to walk to everything far enough away that you’re not great in the tourist type of Times Square. Only thing that would’ve made it better was coffee in the room."
