Good basic hotel.

The hotel is basic but has what one needs. It is clean and comfortable. Convenient location for metro and Gare de Lyon. Would recommend adding decaf coffee to breakfast possibilities and soap in shower. The staff was excellent, very responsive throughout to all of our questions.

This is a extra extra small hotel, room, bathroom, everything small and uncomfortable. But wait to see the elevator, this is a one fit person only elevator, never seen anything like this. Staff not particularly friendly and helpful (except one new guy last day) they dont speak any other language than French, I tried several without success. Location is great, close to Bastille and at walking distance from Notre Dame.

+ : Personnel were very kind and helpful. Great location. - : Warm, humid and dirty rooms although newly renovated. You could hear everyone out in the hallway, in the neighboring rooms and out on the street.

Thank you for making our Paris vacation wondweful!

Perfect hotel! Not only was it very clean (every day the staff cleaned our room!), but I always felt safe and comfortable. The staff was very good. They were attentive, kind and always helpful. I would be happy to stay there for every visit to Paris.

Extremely dirty interior - not many light fixtures working and there was a power outage and loud alarm sound the last day of the stay, as well as screaming child in another room and general chatter from the main floor lobby at all hours.

Avoid at all costs

Owner is a scammer. It’s not clean at all. They don’t even change the sheets between stays. It was disgusting and the owner is very disrespectful and rude towards customers. Hotels.com weren't any help either. They still made us pay the entire rate even though we left as the room was gross

Bonjour, Pour le prix j'avoue avoir été un peu déçu de l'expérience. Le point positif c'est la proximité avec la Bastille. Je dirais aussi l'accueil à l'arrivée. Après pas vraiment été satisfait même si on y dort. Les points négatifs c'est le service chambre qui ne semble pas passer, aucun gel douche à l'arrivée et l'impression que la chambre n'est pas toute nouvelle.

Réservation pour une chambre triple ( 3) adultes, à notre arrivé première difficulté on à trouvait que deux serviettes pour 3 personnes , robinet douche cassé , coupant, dangereux ( attention aux enfants ) chambre propre à notre arrivé mais Les jours que ont suivis, pas de nettoyage en chambre, pas de serviette propre, pas de endroit pour poser les serviettes personnel désagréable , manqué de professionnalisme 1,2,3,ou 4 étoiles la consigne c’est la même dans le milieux hôtelier !! Rester professionnel, accueillant, aimable, sourient à l’écoute de la clientèle Petit Hôtel bien situé, à 2 pas de la bastille et Gare de Lyon, restaurants Dommage que le reste ne correspond pas.

Séjour convenable , chambre et sdb propres . Le strict nécessaire mais suffisant pour un séjour court . Chambre solo 103 au 1 er étage à éviter car ds le passage du couloir donc un peu bruyant . Sinon , dans l’ensemble , hôtel plutôt calme . Bon rapport qualité prix pour Paris

Increíblemente mal, tanto el trato de los empleados como las instalaciones. Reservamos una habitación más espaciosa ya que íbamos con varias maletas. No solo no nos dieron esa habitación si no que nos dieron la más pequeña que tenían y si no la queríamos nos invitaban a irnos en mitad del día 31 de Diciembre y con ninguna opción en ningún otro hotel. Vendieron nuestra habitación a otros huéspedes y por precio de una habitación doble dormimos en una individual. Sin duda el peor trato que he recibido nunca.
