Réceptionniste on arrival very welcoming and professional. Night staff, not so much. Nice hotel in a great area but lacking AC. It could use a better elevator. Great area and a good experience overall.

The lobby it’s ok, the room wasn’t at all what we saw on the photos. We checked in, the front desk person was very rude. I was traveling just with my daughter she’s a teenager and the place didn’t feel safe at all. We checked our room and it wasn’t what we saw before booking. I know not everything has to look the same but the room was bad, the beds were

The Location is the best part of this hotel! It’s close to everything and great restaurants and shops close by. The hotel itself has no A/C, rooms were super hot in the middle of summer, the elevator is tiny only 1 person fits and all over tiny room accommodations. The staff is friendly and helpful, but wouldn’t stay there again.

Staff were excellent, very friendly & accommodating. The rooms were clean & a good size, with the beds being comfortable. The hotel was in a very beautiful area, with plenty of boulangeries & cafes surrounding it. My reasons for giving an overall average rating: the doors were very heavy & slammed easily causing noise from other guests at 1am, there was no fridge, air-con/fan, toiletries or tea making facilities. Whilst the last 2 isn’t too important, during high summer it would be nice to have a fridge for drinks and a fan. The bathroom sink doesn’t have a plug which is just weird to me. Whilst not the hotel’s fault - the surrounding area can be noisy from the streets so if you’re a light sleeper take this into consideration & the location is quite far from the central tourist areas - again not an issue but if you have mobility issues be aware of this. I’d also like to mention their lift is very small so if you don’t like tight spaces, the stairs is the only option so if you have claustrophobia or mobility issues also take this into consideration before booking. Overall a good stay & happy with the service.

Gute Lage in der Stadt, viele Cafés in der Umgebung, man muss aber etwas zu Fuß gehen und es ist hügelig. Das Hotel selbst ist so lala, die Einrichtung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, und leider ließ die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig. Das Badezimmer hat schlecht gerochen, ein bisschen Schimmel war in der Dusche und die Klospülung war etwas klapprig. Es gab einen winzigen Fahrstuhl, aber leider keine Klimaanlage. Das Frühstück war nichts besonderes, aber für 7€ pro Person ganz okay (Achtung: nur Süßes). Würde vermutlich nicht nochmal dieses Hotel buchen.

Very small elevator, was not a problem for me but i could see multiple trips for large groups or people with more than 1 bag. A very convenient location to ba ble to walk around assorted stores and down the street from some major landmarks and attractions. I will likely be booking here again on our next visit.

La tubería hace que huela muy mal el baño y no cambian las sábanas, que por cierto igual están manchadas. El elevador solo es para una persona con maleta mediana. No tienen hielo ni aire acondicionado. La ubicación es lo mejor.

Muy mal lugar, el elevador demasiado pequeño, solo cabe 1 persona con su maleta. Muy lejos de todo. En la habitación no hay aire acondicionado, la TV no funcionaba, la regadera tapada, sin suficientes toallas. Su “limpieza” era una especie de mal tendido de cama, sacar la basura y doblar las mismas toallas mojadas de un día anterior, el lobby siempre lleno de ropa sucia, cajas vacías y bolsas de basura. No lo recomendaría para nada.

Booked a family room for 2 nights.....arrived to find 3 adults were expected to sleep in a tiny room with a very steep sloping roof over the beds. When you sat up, you banged your head. They had even put smaller beds in the room to manage the space and my husband is 6'2" and his feet hung over the end of the bed. The space for 3 people was way too small.....even the shower cubicle was tiny. The saving grace were the roof top balconies....fantastic. the views were incredible.

Die Unterkunft hat uns für einen 2-Tage Paris Trip absolut gereicht. Das Zimmer für 3 Personen war super ausreichend und man hatte ein schönes Fenster mit Blick nach draußen. Das Bad war etwas eng aber trotzdem ausreichend. Die Rezeption war immer besetzt und die Mitarbeiter auch sehr nett. Kann das Hotel jedem empfehlen, der einen Städtetrip nach Paris unternimmt.
