Very comfortable stay

Great place to stay for families and/or business. Really friendly staff, perfectly clean place, comfortable atmosphere, nice beds and bathrooms, great storage, very nice services. Really quiet room even next to the highway (that was really impressive).

I really enjoyed my 2 day visit to this aparthotel. The staff were very friendly and efficient, the appartment was clean and well designed. I loved the view and the faint noise of the cars outside didn't bother me. (See photos). I am used to noise at night, however if this is likely to bother you, ask for a room on the other side. I liked the area and the walk down from the metro. It is also walking distance to the bois de Vincenne. I would have liked to stay longer and explore the area more. Transport wise, the metro is a15 minute walk, however there is a bus about 4 minutes walk away which takes you to the stations at Bercy. There is also a small supermarket 4 mins walk away. I would visit again.

About 15 min walk from Metro station but many shops, local restaurant and cafe are there along the street. The room was cozy, simple, clean and then quiet which in spite of located beside traffic highway. Stuff was friendly. I think of stay here in next time again.

The location was perfect. There was plenty of small shops, restaurants - the G20 supermarket was really close. The metro station just 10 min walk. However, the kitchen was not clean, the mattress of the sofa bed was horrible. Also we found the room quite cold during the cold May days.

The room was spacious with a kitchenette and good layout. It is quite far from the city centre but is manageable with the metro line. Hotel is located in a quiet local neighborhood. There are a number of local eateries. Staff's English is a bit limited but overall communication is sufficient

It was a very good experience, clean and comfortable. It is easily accessible to metro. Very friendly staff. The only issue we faced was that there was no Wi-Fi in our room.

The hotel was in good condition and in a good location. The only issue was the unreliable service of the front desk staff. We arranged to have our room cleaned on a Wednesday, but it didn't happen. They finally cleaned on Thursday. We arranged with the front desk to have a taxi pick us up early one morning to go to the airport, and no taxi arrived. The person manning the desk at that time was not at all helpful.

Loved the property it was out of the city and took about 40 mins to an 1hr to get to any one of the tourists locations. Look kinda sketchy outside but its a very nice area. I was on the hiway side and with both windows close couldn't hear anything. Very diverse neighborhood. Staff were very patience with customers and could communicate in English ...highly recommend

This appart hotel is located in a nice quiet area. There seemed to be a disconnect with parking and I had several issues coming in and out of the property. The bathroom could have been cleaner and the gentleman during the night shift seemed rude, when I had to come looking for hin late one evening. Otherwise, the stay was good and what you would expect for the price

This property has large rooms and is ideal for longer stays. It is located away from the centre of Paris but the metro is only a 10 minute walk away. The property is reasonably priced and there are grocery stores nearby if you choose to use your room’s kitchen. We were in a large van that was too high to park in the hotel’s garage. However, there is a parking lot 4-5 minutes walk from the hotel that we used. It cost €92 for 3 days. The front desk staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Paris.

This hotel was fine. It was in an okay location and the room was comfy. Definitely not a very nice hotel. I don't think anyone came to clean the room. My biggest issue was the bathroom. There was a stench of shower drain that was so strong in the bathroom for days. On top of that, the shower doors were terrible! I've never seen shower doors in that style, it's two doors that pull out. But they don't even latch together properly so they kept opening and water got everywhere. Other than that, the kitchen was in good order and there is a decent view.

Good deal. You only really get what you pay for. Suite with a king sized bed was a bit worse than the pictures, albeit still a clean studio. Staff were mixed between very helpful and somewhat despondent. But again, you get what you pay for, it’s a very good deal for a studio in Paris.
