"Rolando and Audrey (at the front desk) were amazing! They helped arrange our transportation from the airport (both ways) but also arranged a shuttle to see friends over an hour away. They also arranged our surf lesson with Luis and we had THE BEST TIME. The restaurant attached to the hotel was great and had a “fire show” on the beach. We stayed in the Supreme room and the beds were great, it was super clean. We heard music from somewhere down the street until late, but it didn’t bother us. The...

"Love the place, the pool was lovely and mostly quiet plenty of sitting available. The room was clean and well stocked with a full fridge, dishes everything you’d need. They don’t supply paper towels or dish soap so would want to get that before heading to the area. There is a tiny store but it’s not very equipped. Also you’re in jungle wooden area lot of bugs ants mostly take bug killer. Staff excellent and helpful. You are not on the beach but you have private access to it just across the way....

"This resort is excellent for families with smaller children. Special activities for all ages, rooms are close to the pool and beach. Definitely recommend a room with a balcony as I found the rooms without were very dark and not great lighting. Food was good. Sometimes service is slow, but just ask and you’ll get what you want. Entertainment every night. Karaoke was a fun night for the family, young and old. Beach is beautiful and not too busy. Huge waves so just be aware of your surroundings....
