"This resort fell why short of my expectations. The images was a false reflection of the accommodations and access to the pool was via the restaurant which I found to be inconvenient. It also lacked the basic amenities I am accustomed to in a resort. The staff was no super helpful when I asked for stuff for the room. "

"Staff was friendly is the only thing going for this hotel. Sheets were filthy Bathroom was covered in mold Walls were paper thin and one could hear everything going on in other rooms and I am not a light sleeper. I wasn’t expecting anything spectacular-but this did not even meet basic 1star experience. "

"Hidden gym. Very clean, well maintained hotel. Desk staff was helpful.and friendly. We had a room facing the back of the hotel so no problem with noise. Room had strong WiFi and air conditioning. The shower had cool water but no hot water. Bed mattess was firm but not uncomfortable. "

They offer beach towels, but don't have very many, so make sure you ask early or bring your own. All in all the room was very comfortable. "We stayed here for 8 nights. The property is outdated and you get poor WiFi connection. The rooms are small and some of the outlets don't work. The TV worked just fine for local channels only.
