Excelente hotel, muy limpio y cuidado, tienen área de oportunidad en el servicio, pero entiendo que es temporada baja y no hay tanto personal. Fuera de eso, todos muy amables.

It was a wonderful locations and the rooms were clean. It was the slower season so there were things like unused furniture and umbrellas piled up and not stored away. Also, we weren’t told that the pool bar would not be open during our stay. It would have been nice to be able to get a cocktail while we enjoyed the pool area. Overall it’s a great place to stay and we would go back for sure!

Es un hotel sencillo pero agradable, con una ubicación insuperable. Frente a la playa (no apta para meterse al mar pero sí para quedarse horas contemplándolo), a muy poca distancia de los restaurants, de Playa Norte y de Playa Centro, con frigobar y buen aire acondicionado. No hay servicio de alimentos en la propiedad y la recepción está cerrada durante la noche, detalle a tener en cuenta para organizarse. Volvería a elegir el mismo en mi regreso a Isla Mujeres.

The hotel was nice, and watching sea turtles nest every night is a huge plus but the beach is not good for swimming as it's mostly Coral. The pool is right on the beach and was not bad but I don't believe they ran the pumps the whole time we were there so there were things accumulating including flies on the surface. It's very close to pretty much everything on playa norte.

Everything about this property was lovely! From the moment we got there the staff was very friendly. Day two we noticed AC was not cooling down very well, it was fixed right away. They helped us get a golf cart for a day. They arranged for our taxi to pick us up to take us to the ferry on departure day. The pool was perfect after a beach day! It overlooked the ocean and was just beautiful. There's an outdoor pool bar right near the main pool. There are three pools in total. The rooms were clean and simple. Had everything you needed. Shower was hot! The entire hotel was as pictured and within walking distance to everything you need! Playa Norte was a short 5 minute walk. We will definitely return and would highly recommend

Property was in ok condition, was very quiet and restful. Pool area gets some shade in the afternoon which was a blessed relief from the heat of the afternoon. Confirm any amenities you may want, as some may not be available and not noted online.

Beautiful small boutique hotel in a perfect location right off the hustle and bustle of Playa Norte and 2 blocks from Hidalgo. Ground floor King rooms walk right out to the pool and the beach. Private cove and the most incredible sunrises. No frills as far as amenities, no restaurant on site, but easy to get food delivered, there is a small pool bar. Staff was helpful, rooms were clean. Overall great, quiet, relaxing experience.

Let me say that the location was great , the view from Balcony was awesome and the bed was comfortable. That being said the beach was pretty much not swimmable except for a small portion due to rocks. The pool was nice but needed to be cleaned more frequently , they didn't run the filter most of the day. There was construction and room repairs going in several rooms while we were there, painting, tile work, banging concrete, moving furniture that some days went till after 8 pm. I realize repairs and work needs to be done and we were there during the off season , but 8pm is a little late in the evening to be working and making loud noises. The amenities showed laundry but there was no laundry available , we stayed 9 days and hade to take our laundry outside the hotel to get it done. It would have been nice to do it onsite. The staff was very friendly and attentive , and we did get to see baby turtles at night hatching and making their way to the ocean from the pool , which was pretty cool. The lack of laundry facilities the beach not useable and the late evening construction was the reason for the 3 star rating.

Great hotel overall. Well maintained, great location. Nice relaxing place. Not a lot of amenities but if you’re looking for a great quiet location this is it. Only a short beach walk to Playa Norte. Staff weren’t overly friendly but we had no issues with anything so didn’t have the need for much interaction

Great Location and super close to North Beach. Lots of great dining options close by.
