The Cosmopolitan Of Las Vegas

"We absolutely love the hotel room that we were in especially because of the balcony however, when we first arrived, they let us know that our room wasn’t clean yet so we waited two hours and then we were able to check in which was totally fine because we were early however when we went into our room, the table had cup ring marks on it like it had never been cleaned. The sink was full with dirty specs all in it I don’t know what it was from the shower had a glob of hair on the wall from the previous person staying there the gambling was amazing. We had a great time we lost our money, but that’s OK because we enjoyed ourselves. Amaya restaurant was absolutely fabulous recommended 10 out of 10."

"We booked a two bed queen room. After arriving at 1 am, there was over an hour wait to speak to someone so we did our kiosk check in. We entered our room and got one king bed. It took 15 minutes on hold to speak with someone via phone. They said they would send a cot. At 2:30 am the cot STILL was not there so I waited another 15 minutes to speak to someone. Finally I told the person in the phone not to send the cot we wanted to sleep. At 3 am there was a bang on the door AND a phone call and at that point I was so angry I didn’t even hear what excuse someone tired to make. They told me how busy they were and how many people were at the hotel, which was not my problem at all. Excuse after excuse at this dump. The toilet wouldn’t flush and the hairdryer was broken. I asked for a room with no adjoining door and there we were with our one bed and adjoining door. Nobody is there to help you. Nobody answered the phone for up to 20 minutes on hold! They clearly cannot handle a busy hotel so good luck getting any help at all. This place sucked. I hated it. We left the room so much to avoid this dump. It was NOT cheap so you can’t even say you get what you pay for. Rip off and terrible stay."

"The Flamingo is an old hotel but still has its charm. It's a huge hotel so you get lots of walking in, particularly in getting to your room. Although our room was on the 17th floor, we could still hear the noise from the street below late into the night. We were only there for two nights for our Granddaughters wedding and didn't use any of the extras available to us."

"I’m handicapped and had a handicap license plate and someone down below before you get to the self parking did not have a handicap placard or license plate and they said I work here I can park wherever I want to and then I had to pull all the way up to the South parking and pay $20 even though the day before I had no problem finding a parking space where I did not have to pay or walk up or downstairs I ended up paying the $20 and leaving and that was the most disappointing thing of my stay otherwise it was a great time"

"Staff not as friendly as they should be. One the guest service lady that was at the check in line was very rude to me. Told me not to complain about the line being long because I chose to get help from front desk and not check in thru kiosk. I also worked for MGM and that wasn't WOW service at all, it was bad service. Stay date 22nd-26th of May.she was Asian decent. I didn't appreciate her speaking to me in that way. Room 18121. Maybe she needs to be retaught and reminded of what great CUSTOMER SERVICE looks like"
