"Clean and spacious room, and it’s only about a 15-minute walk to Allegiant Stadium, which was super convenient. However, regarding the hotel services and amenities, there were a few disappointing things. If you plan to use the lazy river, I’d definitely recommend bringing your own pool float. The ones at the hotel were extremely overpriced — $25 for a kids-sized float and $30 for an adult-sized one. The room amenities also weren’t great. There is a fridge, but it’s fully stocked with motion-sensor drinks, so there’s basically no space for your own drinks or food. If you actually want to use the mini fridge yourself, they charge $35 per day, which honestly feels ridiculous."

"The check in process was a nightmare there's no person you have to use a kiosk you have to print your own room keys.... you're constantly being harassed by people trying to sell you something the food selection is horrible they have dogs everywhere the way to get to your room is confusing the staff by the elevators just stand their instead of helping people it was awful the room is outdated especially the bathroom I didn't even want to use it... the drawer doors wouldn't stayed closed so you risk bumping into them which can result in you hurting yourself I wouldn't stay there again it was horrible"

"Third time staying at Caesar’s. Things have changed. My room was ready at 11a. It was ready, NYT they charged me $65 to check in early. I could have waited till 4p but paid. If my room is ready why charge. Kuerig coffee machine in room. NO pods for coffee. Have to pay $10.99 for a pod. Just ridiculous. Why have the coffe pot in room with no coffee. Carpets need upgraded. Doors and walls in hallway need painted or redone. First use of shower the drain was clogged. Had to get handyman up to clear it. It seems the place needs upgrades on everything. Yes I know Vegas is expensive, but the coffee and early check in was uncalled for. Had to go downstairs to get coffee at the barista. Basically, they want you out of your room and into casino area. For $2000 for 4 nights at least ease up on the small stuff that matter. Not staying there again."
