Mandalay Bay Resort And Casino

Mandalay Bay Resort And Casino

10/10 Excellent
"I got in line for Assisted-Check-in. Line was long, 30 + in front of me. So I went to Self-Check-in. Self-check-in said room wasnt ready, they'd Text me when ready. So, I went and sat by Assisted-Check-in, noting all folks who were originally ahead of me. I sat for 10 mins....20 mins....30 mins....40 mins.....by this time, everyone who were ahead of me in the Assisted-Check-In, All got there rooms and left..... So, I got back into the Assisted-Check-In Line......still waiting for the Text that my room was ready from Self-Check-In.... 1 hour and 5 mins after I had Checked in at Self-Check-In, I got to the Attendant at the Assisted-Check-In and explained what had happened. She booked me into W Las Vegas for $50/nite more than Mandalay. TAKEAWAY : .......DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH SELF-CHECK-IN AT MANDALAY BAY!!!!"

Treasure Island TI Las Vegas - Handwritten Collection

Treasure Island TI Las Vegas - Handwritten Collection

8/10 Good
"Upon check in and check out there was a line and only 1 customer service rep which is unacceptable. Even when trying to use the check out kiosk it didnt work and said go to the front desk. Although we did not have a car the hotel has free valet and parking which is great as most other hotels charge. However, the resort does charge a $49 additional fee for amenities and we didn't even use the pool or workout facility. This should have been mentioned when making the reservation and it was not."

Harrah’s Las Vegas – A Caesars Rewards Destination

Harrah’s Las Vegas – A Caesars Rewards Destination

10/10 Excellent
"I always stay at Harrahs. Being g 80 it's easy to get to 2 or 3 casinos that are close. Checking out was a pleasure because the young lady was so pleasant ans fast. The Checking ?? I had a flight change was getting im late so I made a call to let the hotel know. Also asked if possible to get handicap. When there the young man said no more handicap but for $30.00 he could upgrade me. I said no. He said he would give it to me anyway. Wow how nice right. I got the same room I had the last time I was there. No upgrade I would hope this doesn't happen to us old folks often. I still love staying at the Harrahs I just have to be on top of things"
