"Rooms were clean but there was a damp smell on entering the room, and the bathroom sink took ages for water to clear. It's the only 4* hotel I've been to in years where there were no tea/coffee facilities in your room. Food was mediocre at best. Not enough coffee, juice stations, long queues at breakfast, the draught beer at dinner came out as pure froth.
The pools were clean, however, sun beds were dirty, sagging ripped and so close together you had to climb onto beds , not enough room to walk...
"Hotel was lovely, basic but clean. Front desk staff were terrible. I requested a normal, sea view room. First room we were given was disabled, so no shower screen etc which is a nightmare, and not what I asked for. Second room normal but no sea view, not what I asked for. Third room, which was a battle to get, finally a normal sea view. Why was it so difficult to give us what we booked? Desk staff told me to calm down for requesting what I paid for. Will never stay again."
