"We had a lovely stay at Hotel JS Palma. The location is great - super close to the airport, beach, and a variety of restaurants and bars. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a junior suite and it was spacious and very clean. I particularly loved the pools and the spa! My only minor criticism was the minimal non-meat/non-diary food options. There were a few, which were nice, but for a hotel of that size and within such a touristy area, I would have liked to see a bit more...

"Lovely property. Lovely staff. We were the only non-German at the hotel and resort area - not an issue except it felt like little Germany and not Spain. Breakfast was great but no-one ever checked us off a list so we could have got it for free lol! Great air con in room. It was nice and noisy as it drowned out any people and door noises so we slept well as beds were great! Had to pay €4 per night for the safe!! Never done that in over 30 years travelling! Pool towels available from reception.....
