"Was not impressed with showing up to the location of the hotel only for it to be closed and abandoned looking and a little paper stuck to the window with terrible instructions on how to get to the other location . The younger man at the front desk was very dismissive and shrugged it off like it was no big deal after I walked around In dark streets with my 3 kids looking for the new location . The morning staff ladies were very kind and the family room was spacious which was nice . They need to update their location on Expedia as it is not the one as advertised. "

"Hotel was perfect for its location. It was also spotlessly clean with friendly staff. We stayed in April, had no issues with people reserving sunbeds, which was nice! Not over crowded. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. A few downsides… Kettle in room, but no other coffee/tea making facilities. I’m sure if we’d asked they would have been supplied. There was a constant humming noise in the room at night, even with air-con turned off. It was loud enough to wake us during the night. Having said all that, we would definitely stay again as the positives outweigh the slight negatives."

"Very clean, very windy, the sauna has to be booked in advance, the gym is very small. No jacuzzi , indoor pool cold, food was divine. Restaurant staff excellent, other staff not so nice except the older man with glasses at reception was so kind. "

"The hotel is in a prime location. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast has a lots of choice and delicious. Rooms are clean and spacious with fridge kettle and coffee machine . We didn’t use the spa but looked great. The pool has amazing views and great pool bar . The bao buns are especially tasty . Would 100% return and recommend to anyone."

"I highly recommend the Las Arenas Hotel for anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding—friendly, helpful, and professional. The rooms were modern, spotless, and very comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. The rooftop area was also fantastic, with an incredible view and a relaxing atmosphere. The location is ideal, with plenty of restaurants nearby. I especially recommend Flip Flop and Manu for great food. The hotel also offers bicycle rentals, which is a wonderful way to explore the area—riding along the boulevard to the Catedral-Basílica de Santa María de Mallorca was a memorable experience. Lastly, the hotel is only about 7 minutes from the airport, making it extremely convenient for travelers. I would definitely stay here again! "
