"We had an amazing start in the apartments!! Communication was exceptional and we even received a welcome gift of a complimentary drink at the hotel nearby. The location was perfect!! Close enough to the “big” attractions but far enough away to experience non-touristy areas too. "
"I did not have to deal with any issues at all. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. And the bed was very comfortable. The only thing was that the AC doesn’t cool the room well."
"The breakfast included in the room was the best breakfast we've ever had! It features amazing fresh fruit and freshly baked apricot croissants, chocolate croissants. Incredible cappuccinos with heart shapes, and a squeezer to make your own freshly squeezed orange juice. The eggs and meat were amazing as well. Maid service was excellent, our room was extra tidy and clean every day. The courtyard patio and rooftop terrace were beautiful and the room itself was very spacious for a European hotel...

"Friendly staff. Great location near Accademia which was more quiet than San Marco or San Paolo. Clean & spacious room, comfortable bed. Nice breakfast, complete with Canadian Maple Syrup... can't beat the real thing from home. Can't wait to return some day!"
"Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt mit unserer 2 jährigen Tochter. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und das Personal im Hotel sehr nett. Das Hotel ist im venezianischem Flair und aufwändig dekoriert. Es war unser dritter Aufenthalt in Venedig und für uns war es bis jetzt (für diesen Preis) das beste Hotel. "
